Vendor Fees

• Regional Activations (All Regions Outside Accra): GHS 1,500 for all watch party days.

Vendor Registration Process

1. Registration

• Complete the vendor registration form.
• Submit business/contact details.
• Indicate preferred activation location.
• State products/services to be sold.

2. Approval

• Applications will be reviewed by the Tribe team.
• Approved vendors will be contacted via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Space allocation is subject to availability.

3. Payment

Vendors can make payments through:

Mobile Money (MoMo)

• Name: Tribe Culture Fest / Kristin

OR

Cash Payment

• Pay directly at the Tribe office.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Send proof of payment after payment is made to hello@tribeculturefest.com.
• Vendors will receive confirmation and stand allocation details.

Vendor Guidelines

• Vendors must arrive early for setup.
• Keep assigned spaces clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the Tribe coordination team.
• Vendors will be provided with a tent, a table and 2 chairs. NB: ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO COORDINATORS.

Important Notes

• Vendor slots are limited.
• Spaces are confirmed only after payment verification.
• No refunds after confirmation unless communicated otherwise by the organizers.
